Palm Springs

Ved Palms Springs besoegte vi nogle af Helles, foraeldres venner, Kirsten & Sten, som tager herned naar det er vinter i Canada. Sammen med dem var vi paa flotte vandreture i omraadet. Foerst stod den paa en tur i Painted Canyon.

 

At Palm Springs we visited some of Helles parents' friends, Kirsten & Sten, who goes down here when it is wintertime in Canada. Along with them we went on some beautiful hikes in the area. At first we went out in the Painted Canyon.

Vi var ogsaa forbi et resort i naerheden, med massevis af farver - sjovt herude midt i oerkenen!

 

We had a look in a nearby resort, with lots of colors - fun out here in the middle of the desert!

Naeste dag var det tid til endnu en vandretur. Denne gang med deres faste mandags-gaa-klub, saa vi fik sved paa panden, af at proeve at foelge med! :)

 

The next day it was time for another hike. This time along with their monday-hiking-club - we had a bit of a hard time keeping up with them! :)

Paa vej tilbage til Kirsten & Sten, var vi forbi et hoejdepunkt med kig over hele Palm Springs.

 

On the way back to Kirsten & Sten, we went past a point with a lookout over Palm Springs.
